When planning a family trip to Orlando, Florida you won't have to look far to find plenty of interesting and entertaining things to do. In fact, upon arriving in Orlando you might find that there is so much to see and do that you simply run out time to get everything done.

Keep in mind that the winter months in Orlando are fantastic, whereas the hot summer Floridian sun can reach uncomfortable temperatures. The first item on just about everyone's Florida To-Do list is a visit to Disney World. While priceless fun for families with children, there is plenty of adventure to be had for the childless visitor as well.

Two other fantastic theme parks worth visiting while Orlando-bound are Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. Conveniently located adjacent to each other, it is possible to visit both parks in the same day. Sea World offers yet another great experience as well.

Approximately an hour outside of Orlando once can find Busch Gardens. Here visitors can partake in world renowned trained animal shows. However, if theme parks are not your thing, consider renting a small boat for the day and cruising the waterways of the St. John River as you admire the natural scenery and native wildlife.

While Orlando offers a variety of culinary delights sure to please the most refined palates, it is most known for its seafood eateries.
